The hit 1992 comedy Sister Act will be brought to the stage of the Pasadena Playhouse in a new musical; it will run at the California theatre from November 3rd through 26th, 2006.The show will feature a gospel-tinged score by composer Alan Menken Little Shop of Horrors, Beauty and the Beast and lyricist Glenn Slater; the two previously teamed up for the Disney animated film Home on the Range.
