1. Reasonably plan the route of the AGV handling robot

2. Choose the right container according to the characteristics of the material

We need to select the appropriate container to load the material according to the characteristics of the material to be transported. Generally, there are pallets, bins, and cages. In addition, the process requirements need to be considered.


3. Set up material temporary storage area
The materials that need to be used are transported to the material temporary storage area in advance. When materials are needed, the AGV trolley can be directly transported from the temporary storage area to the designated station, saving transportation time and improving efficiency.
4. Increase the single handling capacity of the AGV handling robot
In order to improve efficiency, AGV handling robots can also carry multiple goods at the same time, using pallet stacking, multiple loading mechanisms, dragging and other methods.
5. Record analysis, continuous improvement
Through long-term recording of the AGV handling robot’s handling routes, times, etc., the deficiencies of the AGV operation are analyzed, and improvements and suggestions are made.

Different AGV handling robots have different efficiency. Therefore, in the early stage, the appropriate handling robot can be selected according to the actual goods and the handling route.
